RENEWABLE FUELS

From feedstock to

Financial close.

Investment grade SAF, bio-methanol and green hydrogen projects. Built in Brazil, for European demand.

We develop projects, from concept to production.

— THE OPPORTUNITY

Europe needs SAF. Brazil has,

Everything else.

European mandates are driving structural demand for sustainable aviation fuel, with blending requirements increasing from 2% today to 70%. Local production capacity is insufficient.

Brazil offers scale: feedstock availability, established biofuel infrastructure and strong government support.

We connect both by developing projects that close this gap.

90%

Potential lifecycle CO₂ reduction versus conventional jet fuel, using proven bio digestion technology

2%→70%

ReFuelEU SAF blending mandates: 2% today, rising to 70% by 2050. Structured, growing and guaranteed demand

140M ha

Degraded Brazilian pastureland (non forest, non food/feed land) available for REDIII compliant biomass cultivation

— THE INVESTMENT CASE

Building a $900M SAF asset,

For European demand.

We are developing a large-scale, first-of-a-kind SAF production facility in Northeast Brazil, designed for export to Europe.

This strategically timed, high impact project combines bio-based feedstocks with proven industrial technologies to deliver a scalable, export-oriented production platform.

We are currently advancing the project with selected partners, investors and off takers towards financial close.

The project is approaching feasibility phase completion.

117,000 ton

Yearly SAF production output

20,000 ha

Degraded non food/forrest land, for biomass cultivation

350,000 ton

Estimated yearly carbon footprint reduction

$900 M

Estimated project investment value

— WHAT WE DEVELOP

Three fuel pathways, one

Investment grade standard.

Each pathway is developed based on feedstock availability, market demand, risk mitigation and project economics.

Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF)

Reneable Fuels
Sustainable Airline Fuel
SAF
MVAventures

Biomass biodigestion pathway — ISCC and RED III certified, eligible for EU blending mandates. Offtake structure designed for airline, refinery and traders counterparties.

Bio-Methanol

Renewable Fuels
Bio-Methanol
MVAventures

Biomass-derived methanol for marine fuel and chemical feedstock markets. Strong EU demand driven by FuelEU Maritime and IMO decarbonisation targets.

Green Hydrogen

Renewable Fuels
Green Hydrogen
MVAventures

Electrolyser-based green hydrogen production leveraging Brazil’s renewable energy base and existing grid. Positioned for industrial offtake and e-fuels production.

— OUR PROCESS, OUR TEAM

Not a slide deck, but an

Investment-grade project.

Developing a renewable fuels project requires alignment across feedstock, technology, logistics, regulation, financing and commercial structuring.
.

Our team brings over 30 years of hands-on experience across renewable fuels, supply chains and industrial project development in Europe and Brazil.

We have worked across the full value chain and are independent of any technology or vendor. We structure what the project requires to reach financial close.

We don’t stop at feasibility, we deliver through to production.

PHASE 1:

Feasibility

Feedstock sourcing, site identification, technology selection, regulatory pre-screening, financial modelling

PHASE 2:

Feed design & FID

Technology engineering, supply chain mapping, off take agreements, certification roadmap, investors consortium

PHASE 3:

Project delivery

EPC contractor selection, permitting endorsement, site preparation, facility construction, feedstock sourcing

PHASE 4:

Commissioning & start up

Acceptance testing, final permitting and certification, logistics implementation, operators training

— WHY BRAZIL

The structural case, for

North East Brazil.

The region combines feedstock availability, regulatory alignment and export infrastructure, creating large-scale production opportunities at structurally lower cost.

Feedstock

Biomass and degraded pastureland certified compliant under RED III. Year-round tropical yields 3–5× higher than Northern European biomass crops.

Regulation

Combustível do Futuro creates domestic mandate framework. Embrapa and Plano ABC+ provide government-backed land restoration alignment.

Logistics

Existing port infrastructure; deep water, established bulk storage and handling, direct Atlantic routes. Under two weeks to Rotterdam on existing shipping lanes.
