Mark van Andel
Mark van Andel brings broad cross-industry leadership spanning renewable energy, logistics, maritime, supply chain, and sustainability. His expertise covers strategy, business development, M&A, and transformation management, with deep sector knowledge in maritime, aviation, chemicals, pharma, and e-commerce. He is an entrepreneurial leader and has served on supervisory and advisory boards of large multinational companies in the Netherlands and internationally.
Thomas Karstner
Thomas Kastner brings extensive operational and general management experience, including a senior leadership role at Bayer MaterialScience — one of the world’s leading chemical and plastics companies — where he held full P&L responsibility. Combined with 14 years in strategic consulting at Roland Berger and Accenture, and deep expertise in chemicals, plastics, automotive, and industrial sectors, he is a results-driven leader with strong international and advisory board experience.
Francesco Pellegrini
Francisco Pellegrini is a Brazilian chemical engineer with decades of experience in petrochemicals, process engineering, and project development. His career spans oil refining, engineering consultancy, and forty years at Oxiteno, a major petrochemical company, where he led R&D and business development projects across Latin America. Since 2016, he develops green economy projects, including ethanol, biomass, green ammonia, green methanol and sustainable airline fuel (SAF).
